「俺の考えた最強のラーメン」 投稿者のRieさん（@riebento）は5歳の娘を持つお母さん。 誕生日を控えた娘さんに何を食べたいか聞いたら、「俺の考えた最強のラーメン」を絵に書いて渡してくれたのだそうです。 さらにメインのラーメンの横には、デザートのみかんやジュースのリクエストも！（後述しますが、黒ペンの文字は投稿者のRieさんが娘さんにヒアリングして後から書き足したものだそうです） 細かいところまでしっかりとメニューを思い浮かべているのが伝わってきます！ このラーメン、最終的にどうなったのでしょうか？ BuzzFeedは投稿者のRieさん（@riebento）にお話を聞きました。 ーー娘さんの誕生日に「俺の考えた最強のラーメン」を作ることになった経緯を改めて教えていただけますか。 娘の誕生日のご飯を作るにあたって、本人に何かリクエストがあるか聞いたところ、大好きなラーメンが良いとのことでした。 そこで、どんなラーメンが良いか聞いてみたら絵を描いてくれました。 ーー娘さんの絵には細かくどの部分をどの具材で作るかのコメントもついていますね。こちらも娘さんのリクエストですか？ 描いてくれた絵を見ながら娘のリクエストを詳しく聞きました。描かれた具材は何なのか一つずつ確認させてもらって、補足の文字は私が描きました。 ーー2人で作り上げた理想のラーメンだったんですね！娘さんが「俺の考えた最強のラーメン」の絵を描いてくれた時のRieさんはどう感じましたか？ めちゃくちゃこだわりが強くて面白いし、かわいかったです！ ラーメンにはよくゆで卵が入っていると思いますが、ゆで卵は嫌いなので絶対に絶対に入れないでほしいとか、ネギは元々嫌いなのにラーメンに入っているネギだけは好きなのでネギは絶対に入れてほしいとか、こだわりを感じました。 ーージュースがパイナップルなこともこだわりポイントですか？🍍 娘が大好きなラーメン屋にお子様ラーメンセットがあって、デザートとジュースがつくんです。 そこではオレンジ味かりんご味のジュースしかないので、誕生日はパイナップルジュースを特別につけて欲しかったそうです。 実際にRieさんが再現したラーメンがこちら そして迎えた誕生日当日。Rieさんはスープを出汁から取り、チャーシューも手作りして娘さんの「理想のラーメン」を再現してあげました。 ちゃんとデザートのみかんに、特別なパイナップルジュースも！ チャーシューは栗原はるみさんのレシピでよく作っているのですが、こうやって魚介と鶏ガラの合わせ出汁でラーメンを作ったのは初めてでした。 娘の好みはもう少し中華スープっぽい感じみたいなのでもっと研究したいし、麺もいつか製麺機で手打ちしてみたいです。 ーー娘さんと同じようにRieさんもとってもこだわって特別なラーメンになったんですね！ 自分が考えた「最強のラーメン」を食べた娘さんの反応はいかがでしたか？ 絵の通りに作ったのでとても喜んで食べてくれました。 ただ、一緒に作ったタルトの方が相当嬉しかったみたいでそっちの方がめちゃくちゃ喜んでいました。 ラーメンの印象はちょっと薄れました（笑）。 「私も自分のこどものさいきょうめにゅーを聞いてみたい！」というママさんの感想がいくつかありました。 絶対可愛いと思うので、他の子どもたちの「最強メニュー」も聞いてみたいな〜と思いました！ ・・・・・ Rieさんは、働きながら、料理や丁寧な暮らしを趣味にしていて、その様子をInstagramでも発信しています。 キャラ弁や常備菜、見ていてとても華やかで楽しい気持ちになれるのでぜひそちらもチェックしてみてくださいね！
